As stated in
Section VII.D, the flux densities quoted for
the secondary standard NGC 6543 differed from those assumed as
inputs to the processing by up to 4%. The cause of these discrepancies
is unknown at this time and the effect, although statistically
significant, was considered too small, compared to the relative
photometric uncertainties, to be remedied.
