			added use of mosaicking service,
			access to high-sensitivity data,
			alternate form using Galactic plane
			mosaic, addition regions and galactic
			plane data.

1.1       9/13/2000     Bug fix.  Modified nph-msx.c so 
			that latitude -> file name transform
			works right (forgot to offset by half 
			a frame before truncating to integer)
