• database: Database containing catalog (see below).

• datadict: Specific catalog data dictionary (see below).

• short: Subset flag (1 for short list).

What catalog data dictionaries (datadicts) exist and what server and database they belong to can be determined using the IRSA Catalog Holdings List service.
