The IRSA site will be down from 9 am to 2 pm PST on Saturday, Nov 7 2009 for network maintenance.
Spitzer Space Telescope Data

This interface serves the "post-BCD's" (post Basic Calibrated Data) housed at the Spitzer Science Center (SSC). These are products generated after calibration of the individual BCD exposures. Comments on this interface are welcomed. This service can be accessed by an HTTP program interface .

Users can make their own customized post-BCD data by acquiring the BCDs (available through the Leopard interface ) and running the SSC's dedicated tools on them.

NOTE: The Spitzer data served through this interface are up to date as of 01 October 2009. The Spitzer Science Center is currently performing the final reprocessing of data from the cryo mission. As a result, small amounts of data (one observing campaign at a time) may be unavailable for periods of up to a week. If you cannot find data which you are expecting, please check back. Note also that all Spitzer data is available from the SSC through the Leopard interface .

* IRSA has prototyped an example of accessing the BCD data. If you enter "m101" as the object name, the interface for downloading BCD data will be shown on the result page.

To specify a search location, use either the forms below or click a position from the above map. Clicking the map performs a spatial search on the clicked position, which supercedes the selection of spatial, moving target, or table upload search modes below. Use the following buttons to select the sky coverage of the specific instrument and observing mode.
