The ACS v1.2 mosaic was created by Anton Koekemoer at STScI, using cycle 12+13 data. The README has further information on the ACS mosaic. The mosaic as a single file, is a 100,800 x 100,800 pixel FITS image, which is 81GB in size. Since this file is over 2GB is size (unix 32bit "large file" limit), the full-resolution mosaic cannot be downloaded in its entirety via HTTP. Instead, you can download one of the scaled-down images listed below, or download the mosaic as a set of 49 tile FITS images, which can be found here and are described in more detail in the table below.
