Support for SPICE is available from the Helpdesk. Before contacting us, please check the Help function included in the GUI, as well as all of the resource above. If you contact the Helpdesk, please be sure to include the version of SPICE you are running, the operating system on which you are running it, the AORKEY you are working with, and the log file. A log file is written to the .spot subdirectory of your home directory every time you run SPICE. An example log file name is spice-aug03_14-56-23.log (the numbers give the date and time of the run).
