Cool Stars 14 - Submitted Abstract # 284 This version created on 05 October 2006 Time-Resolved O VI Spectra of CF Tuc and PZ Tel James E. Neff, College of Charleston Frederick M. Walter, Stony Brook University Observations of the temporal variability of stellar activity provide important insights into the spatial disribution of stellar active regions and the configuration of the magnetic field. We observed the partially-eclipsing RS CVn system CF Tuc with FUSE through a secondary eclipse and the ultra-rapid rotator PZ Tel through two stellar rotations. We present results from time-resolved spectroscopy of the C III and O VI emission lines for these stars and for similarly-observed systems available in the FUSE archives. ----------------------------------
