DUP_SRC Setting for Final Catalog Release

DUP_SRC flag is an integer with values between 0 and 5. It is set during the duplicate resolution process.
The setting of this flag has changed since the Second IDR. In the Final Catalog release, information regarding source confusion is carried in the DUP_SRC. Confusion is defined as multiple apparitions found in a single overlapping scan within the search radius, 2" for point sources. Any source with a DUP_SRC > 1 is part of a confused cluster.

The following defines the DUP_SRC settings for the final processing.

A one, _1, appended to the DUP_SRC flag indicates the USE_SRC flag for the source has changed at least once during the duplicate resolution processing. For confused sources assignment of the USE_SRC flag can change depending on the order of scan processing. The apparition receiving the final USE_SRC of 1 in confused source clusters depends on the geometric algorithm. No other logic determines this.
