Cyogenically Cooled Telescope: IRTS

In order to make infrared observations with high sensitivity, the IRTS's telescopeand focal plane instruments were cooled down to 2K with super-fluid liquid Helium. The IRTS was filled with liquid Helium at the lauching site of the HII rocket.
