Timer Commnands Timing
From: Takao Nakagawa <nakagawa@astro.isas.jaxa.jp> To: irts-e Cc: nakagawa Subject: Timer Commnands Timing Date: Sun, 28 May 95 14:22:48 +0900 Dear Colleagues, I have complied a log of the delay of timer commands. Some of the IRTS operation, which are wriiten as "<TMR??" in the event files, were performed using the timer commands. The timing of these commands are not refered to the absolute time, but are specified to be executed at some predetermined time after the "Timer Start" command is executed. The timing of the "Timer Start" command is determined by the voice operation of the SFU POCC director. Hence it has some uncertainty. In the following, I compiled a list of "Timer Start" timings. The first column shows the timing of the "Timer Command" was really executed, and the second column shows the difference beween the planned timing and the real timing. The positive value means delay. Please note that these times are determined by the ground station, and are free from the errors of the MC-time. Best Regards, Takao Nakagawa
