Note 1. The specifications of the IRTS FILM
Instrument (Shibai et al. 1994) specifies output
of detectors at these wavelengths: 155.3 um,
157.73 um, 160.26um and 63.13 um. In the ISAS
delivered archive, only the 155um channel and
157um channel are presented where the latter is
labeled CII in data file names.
Note 2. The specifications of the IRTS FIRP
Instrument (Lange, et al. 1994) specifies output
of detectors at these wavelengths: 150, 250, 400,
and 700 um. In the ISAS delivered archive, the
150 um detector output is always absent, and the
250 and 400 um detector output is sometimes
absent.
