This dataset contains an updated atlas of spectra from the Short-Wavelength Spectrometer (SWS) on the Infrared Space Observatory (ISO), which took spectra from 2.4 to 45 um. The updated atlas (Mizuno et al. 2025) contains 1035 spectra that were reprocessed starting from the "pws" files from the original atlas of Sloan et al. (2003). Two versions of each spectrum are provided in IPAC-table format. The "newsws" version contains the final reprocessed spectrum; the "newpws" files contain both an intermediate version of the reprocessed data, with the band segment overlaps included, and the original "pws" data. Metadata are provided in the file header. The files contain either five (newsws) or seven (newpws) data columns: | wavelength| flux| error| segment| overlap_flag| | float| float| float| int| int| | microns| Jy| Jy| | | | NaN| Nan| NaN| null| null| | wavelength| flux| error| segment| flux_pws| error_pws| overlap_flag| | float| float| float| int| float| float| int| | microns| Jy| Jy| | Jy| Jy| | | NaN| NaN| NaN| null| NaN| NaN| null| See Mizuno et al. 2025, ApJS, in press, for processing details. The spectra will also be available at IPAC in the (searchable) Infrared Science Archive (IRSA).
