[CII] 158 micron emission is a dominant cooling lines in active interstellar regions. We mapped 4 arcmin x (3-4) arcmin in the N159 star-forming region in LMC with [CII] 158 micron and (partly) [NII] 205 micron using the GREAT instrument, as well as CO and [CI] lines with APEX. In this talk, I will present a variety of the velocity structure across the map, and difference between the [CII] and other emission lines, which shows an importance of velocity-resolved spectra in order to distinguish different cloud components and derive the physical properties correctly.
