The spectra belong to the Spitzer Program IDs 40247, 20363, 48 and 41, see Rigliaco et al. (2015) for details. 
The data reduction has been performed using the procedure outlined in Pascucci et al. (2013). The third 
entry (err_Flux) in the files represents the error on the Flux and is computed as the absolute difference 
between average spectra taken at two nod positions divided by two (abs(NodA-NodB)/2) reported in the fifth and sixth column.
