Talks:

The schedule of talks is now full. If you are giving an invited talk, please submit your abstract on the registration form by the August 15 early registration deadline.

As you prepare your talks, please be advised of the following format requirements. We will support either Mac or PC presentations via PowerPoint, KeyNote, or Adobe PDF. To avoid unnecessary delays in switching computers, you will not be able use your own laptop for your talk. Please upload your talk to a memory stick (we will have several available for your convenience) and transfer to the presentation computer before your session begins.

There will be 5 minutes of time for questions for talks that are 30 minutes long, and 10 minutes for talks that are 45 minutes.

Posters:

All registrants should consider bringing a poster to the conference. Please submit your poster abstract on the registration form. Any topic related to the Spitzer mission is welcome. We will try to accomodate all posters, but space may run out, so register and submit your abstract by October 9 to reserve a space. The poster boards will accomodate a maxiumum poster size of 36 inches tall by 39 inches wide.

Posters may be hung during the registration times on Sunday and Monday. They must be taken down by 10:30 am on Wednesday.

Proceedings:

Due to underwhelming contributions from participants, the Astronomical Society of the Pacific Conference Series book was cancelled. Papers that were submitted will be posted on this website as they become available.
