2MAPPS v3.0 Operations Test

The second Operational Test of 2MAPPS v3.0 was conducted between 2001 August 2-13. 63 nights were included in this test designed to exercise the 2MAPPS v3.0 software system, quality assurance, and database functions.

Source lists and scan information from the OPS tests have been loaded into the 2MASS Project Databases in GATOR. The OPS Test databases are listed as "2MASS V3 ...." Access to the Quicklook (lossy compressed Atlas) Images is available via the V3 2MASS Survey Visualizer.
