Overview

The DUst around NEarby Stars (DUNES, Eiroa et al. 2013) Herschel Open Time Key Program (KPOT_ceiroa_1) is a survey of 133 stars in 130 fields with the Herschel/PACS photometer. All target stars were observed with the PACS 100 and 160 micron filters. A subset of stars were additionally observed with the PACS 70 micron filter and the SPIRE 250, 350 and 500 micron filters. This IRSA portal provides access to the first delivery (DR1) of all DUNES images and the published photometry catalog. The DUNES DR1 provides multi-extension FITS format images for each filter: 100 and 160 microns for all targets, 70, 250, 350, and 500 micron images where available for a subset of targets. The extensions contain the image, flag, exposure, and error maps. PACS data are available at both standard (1" per pixel at 70 and 100 microns; 2" per pixel at 160 microns) and native (3.2" per pixel at 70 and 100 microns; 6.4" per pixel at 160 microns) resolutions. The data reduction pipeline and products are described in detail by two PDF documents.
