GeRT System Requirements
The GeRT requires you to have the following minimum system requirements:
- A LINUX, Mac, or Solaris stystem
- tcsh/csh installed
- Perl installed
- Standard shared system libraries installed
Versions of the GeRT
We have 4 versions of the GeRT. The online system uses the Solaris--Forte version and all cababilities should work for this version. GNU-compiled versions of the GeRT for Solaris, Linux, and the Mac have also been created. The current GNU versions of the GeRT can carry out science BCD processing, but the calibration IC pipelines do not work on these versions yet. The listing of what works with which version is tabulated below.
