Note -- (1) All bold-faced names are the modules or the names of parameter blocks in the GUI flow.
Note -- (2) N/A means that these parameters are available on the command line, but cannot be set from within the GUI. They are not usually set in this pipeline, or are not standard products (e.g. PMASK_FILE_NAME would usually have been set and used in the Mosaic flow, rather than APEX Single Frame, and so would usually not be necessary here. In addition, to input a valid PMASK at this point, the user would have had to have created one that is valid for the mosaic rahter than for the BCDs).
Note -- (3) N/A** means that the parameter is set implicitly in the GUI flow.
